I enjoy my career as a Higher Education Administrator, as well as a fulfilling experience volunteering on the Board of Directors of three outstanding Non-Profit organizations. In addition, to me fulfilling my life purpose of helping others identify and pursue their dreams & aspirations. Finally, I’m excited to share what I’ve learned. My mission is to help individuals and small businesses, start-ups and non-profits dare to dream big and make those dreams a reality!
As a director/manager, I have a successful track record of leading teams to deliver the right experience to customers on time and within budget. Working for large universities like Southern Illinois University and Florida A&M University has taught me how to work under state and federal regulations mean the bottom line is hardly anything you need to worry about. It’s my experience on the board of non-profit that taught me how to run an organization on a shoestring budget. You learn to get creative. Between both experiences, I learned how to manage everything from strategic planning and organizational restructuring to program design & evaluation to budget & financial management.
Missing my career in Corporate America, I took the plunge to become an entrepreneur. I owned a desktop publishing company for over 10 years. I managed everything from payroll, taxes, bookkeeping, B2B relationships, HR and hiring, e-commerce and marketing. It was an invigorating experience to be sure.
I’m constantly striving to learn and add new skills and services to my consulting firm. We want to be your one-stop-shop for all your consulting needs. Now as a licensed real estate agent, I can help you find the right commercial or residential space. I work with a team of brokers and together we can help you find retail space, real estate investment opportunities, and of course help you and your staff buy or sell your own home! Together with some of the most talented people I know, we will help you turn you “Bring Your Ideas to Life!”
