An Encourager, Friend, Leader, Teacher, and Visionary are a few attributes that describe Chester Hood. He is a native of Chicago, IL and he now resides in Tallahassee, FL. Chester is a first-generation college graduate who has achieved much academic success that is being used as a road map for his family and his legacy. Chester is a proud alum Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Chester earned a bachelor and master’s degree in Workforce Education and Development. His specializations are in Human Resources, E-Learning and Administrative Services.
